Magnesium spray

Magnesium spray

Magnesium deficiency is widespread as lifestyle factors like lack of sleep, excess stress, or alcohol/caffeine/sugar consumption delete it.

Add to that the soil we used to get magnesium from has been depleted through overfarming & pesticide use.

With magnesium being absorbed through the skin more readily a spray is a simple way of getting your magnesium levels up.

This a wonderful used on the abdomen to soothe any period pain.
