Where are your products made?
Our products are mindfully created on the Northern Beaches of Sydney Australia, in small batches by hand to ensure minimum waste & maximum freshness!
Are your products tested on animals?
No way! Our products are tested on willing family & friends & we research all of our ingredients carefully to ensure our ingredient suppliers don’t either.
Are your products Vegan?
All of our skin, bath & body products are 100% vegan. We use an organic candelilla wax a vegetable wax that is derived from the Euphorbia Cerifera plant in Mexico to set our balms.
Do your products contain any preservatives, synthetics, palm oil, fragrances or other nasties?
Nope! Your skin & body is a sacred temple, so we make sure everything we put in our products honours that. We recommend using clean hands when using our products to minimise the risk of contamination.
Are your products organic?
We aim to use as many organic ingredients as possible in our products & where this is not possible, we look for ingredients grown free from pesticides or insecticides. We believe in supporting ethical & regenerative farming practices that are nourishing to the land & the people that tend to it. Our organic ingredients are listed on the packaging.
Are your products pregnancy-safe & safe to use on children?
We recommend at this precious time that you keep things simple to reduce your body burden load.
Products that are suitable for pregnancy will be stated in the product info but please reach out if you have any questions.We use essential oils at low dilutions but recommend if you are pregnant or actively conceiving you seek advice from your practitioner prior to using the products & patch test to ensure that suit your skin. Products with essential oils are not suitable for children under 2 & always patch test products before use.
I have sensitive skin, can I use your products?
We use simple, clean & natural ingredients that are free from “fragrances” & use essential oils at low dilutions but recommend you patch test to ensure they suit your skin. If you have any concerns stop using & get in touch with us on info@wanderlightly.com,

Imperfect Seconds
In the interest of reducing our waste as much as possible, we like to sell our seconds at a reduced cost. Some have been damaged during the pouring process with a little balm trickling down the tubes, tins or labels damaged. The goodies inside are still super & ready to use so are perfect to grab a zero-waste bargain!

Giving back
5% of all sales & workshops are sued to support earth initiatives & currently we are focused on replanting with One Tree Planted throughout Australasia.
Ingredients & sourcing
Everything we do is mindfully considered. When we research new ingredients, we ensure that they are in fact sustainable & will not be harmful to the earth to use both resource wise & environmentally.
Labels
Our labels are printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper using non-toxic inks in Australia. They are free from plastic covers & laminates & as such will wear over time, making them part of the natural cycles of life.
Glass packaging
We have chosen amber glass as it helps keep your products protected from light & last longer as well as look pretty. We encourage you to clean & repurpose your bottles & jars to use over & over but they can be recycled if needed.
Paperboard tubes
100% plastic-free & lined with a plant-based lining to keep your balm tucked safely inside. Once you have used all the balms, soak the tube in hot water & break into smaller pieces to add to your worm farm, compost or dig a hole & pop it in the soil to disappear without a trace! If recycling is your only option rinse & add to your paper recycling bin.
Aluminium tins
Infinitely recyclable but we prefer you repurpose it for all your precious treasures.
End of life
Your packaging & product will state on it the best way to dispose of it but consider repurposing above all else
Why do you not use secondary packaging? (Boxes around packaging)
As pretty as it looks, the extra resource is just not needed! We wrap things nice & snug using repurposed materials to ensure it gets to you safe & sound.
What do you do with the packaging your ingredients & raw materials come in?
We request our supplies pack with minimal packaging & without plastic as much as possible & we repurpose everything we can! Paper & cardboard is reused for packaging, tubs & used for storage or given away to places that can reuse. Plastic wrappers (we know we don’t like it either but its sometimes unavoidable) gets recycled through REDCYCLE & those fun little packging beans you might see are on their second round at life…we don’t purchase them at all!
Mailers & postage
Our mailers are 100% paper & can be reused or recycled at the end of their life.
Shipping
Our products are shipped carbon neutral in repurposed & recyclable packaging right done to the paper tape on your packages.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking details.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Australia – please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order.
Worldwide - please allow 14 – 21 business days to receive your order
Express post for orders you need in hurry and I will be sure to get them off to you by the next business day.Note - shipping may take longer around holidays so order early.
How much does shipping cost?
We keep our shipping a flat rate of $12 for standard shipping. If you require your order in a hurry, select express shipping. All retail orders over $99 are shipped for free.
We use Australia post as we have found them to be the most reliable and timely.
Wholesale order prices are based on standard shipping weight costs.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you want to update your order pop us an email info@wanderlightly.com, include your order number asap & let's see what we can do!
Can I return my product?
While we take great care with creating & sending all of our products if your item is damaged/faulty or you believe the product is incorrect in any way contact us as soon as possible for a resolution via email at info@wanderlightly.com & include a photo of any damaged product.
Due to the nature of our skincare products we are unable to provide a refund for change of mind & or any specific health/skin requirements but get in contact if you experience any issues or reactions when using our products.
Australian shipping
Your order will be shipped carbon neutral within 48hrs using Australia Post in repurposed, recyclable or compostable materials. We would love you to reuse them again before disposing of them thoughtfully.
International customs + duties
Your order will be shipped carbon neutral within 48hrs using Australia Post in repurposed, recyclable or compostable materials. We would love you to reuse them again before disposing of them thoughtfully Items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. While we insurance our overseas packages, we are not responsible for specific country requirements/internationals customs & do not provide refunds for items that stopped/held up at customs. If you require extra documentation for specific ingredients, please contact prior to purchase to ensure we are able to provide this.

Our Wander-less Interchangeable system

Refillable skincare is one of the most effective ways to reduce packaging waste in the beauty industry.
Our Wander-less Collection introduces a refillable glass skincare system designed in Australia to reduce plastic by approximately 60% while keeping your daily ritual simple.
By reusing the pump and refilling with glass bottles, this low waste skincare system offers a more sustainable approach to caring for both skin and earth.

Refillable skincare is a packaging system designed to reduce waste by allowing parts of the original packaging to be reused rather than discarded.
The Wander-less Collection uses an interchangeable pump system, allowing you to transfer the pump from your empty bottle onto a new glass refill bottle.
This reduces plastic by approximately 60% per purchase while keeping your skincare ritual simple.

When your bottle is empty, simply remove the pump from your original bottle and place it onto your new refill bottle.Use the refill lid to close your original bottle.
Your empty glass bottle can then be washed and repurposed at home or recycled through kerbside recycling.

Glass can be recycled again and again without losing its integrity and is widely accepted in Australian kerbside recycling systems.It also encourages reuse. Once the pump is transferred to the refill bottle, the original glass bottle can easily be repurposed for DIY skincare blends, travel oils or simple storage.
