Our Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wanderlightly, we’re so proud of the love, intention, and care that go into every one of our products. We’ve received so many kind words from our community about the results they’ve seen, but we also know that skincare is deeply personal, and everyone’s journey is different.

To help you find what works best for you, we recommend starting with an individual product or a trial size before committing to a full set or bundle. 

While we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or purchases made in error, we are always here to support you if something’s not quite right.

As per Australian Consumer Law, we’re happy to honour returns and refunds where products are faulty, damaged in transit, or don't meet consumer guarantees. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer returns for change of mind or purchases made in error.

Broken or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives a little worse for wear, we’re so sorry! We’re more than happy to replace or refund any items that arrive broken or damaged.
Simply get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include a few clear photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can sort it out quickly for you.

Faulty Products
We take great care in crafting our products, but if something doesn’t seem quite right, we’re here to help.
If you believe your item is faulty or not performing as expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We may ask for a few photos or a quick description to better understand the issue.

Missing or Incorrect Items
We do our best to get every order just right, but if something’s missing or not quite what you expected — we’ve got you.
Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and include a quick description and photos of what you received.
We’ll make it right by sending the correct item at no extra cost, or arranging a refund if that’s your preference.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
