A vegan alternative to beeswax, Candelilla wax is a 100% natural, vegetable-derived wax found in great quantities in Northwestern Mexico and Southern Texas. It is extracted from the shrub (Euphorbia Cerifera) by boiling it and skimming off the resultant wax. We use it to set our balms & salves.

It has a high PH level so some people may be sensitive to it. Swap for clays if you have any known sensitivities.
