Kia ora, I’m Sarah, Mumma to a curious little toddler, the hands and heart behind Wanderlightly, and a Kiwi now calling the sun-kissed Northern Beaches of Sydney home. I’m a devoted earth custodian, holistic skincare alchemist, and gentle guide in the art of imperfect low-waste living.
In 2014, I journeyed to Tonga to swim alongside the majestic, sentient humpback whale. On the Islands, I witnessed the heartbreak of plastic pollution, an image that settled deep in my bones. It became the catalyst for a personal pledge: to tread more lightly, to reduce my plastic use, and to live a year without it.
From that year of learning and transformation, Wanderlightly was born. A place where I craft small-batch, handcrafted skincare from premium plant-based ingredients, cocooned in earth-friendly packaging. Each balm, serum, and mask are created not just to care for your skin, but to honour the earth that sustains us.
Ten years on, Wanderlightly has grown into a community where we gather to share simple, practical ways to reduce waste, however imperfectly, through Imperfect Low Waste workshops and products that nurture both skin and planet.
It’s my deep honour to walk this journey alongside you, weaving together earth and community, and inspiring us all to wander a wee bit lighter upon this land we share.

Through rituals & everyday self-care practices, we aim to connect you to your essential nature, mind, body, earth & spirit without compromising on sustainability. Everything we do is considered holistically & through thoughtfully created products & workshops, our purpose is to nourish both skin & earth.

Avoid secondary packaging (no outer box that ends up in the bin as soon as you get it home)
Minimal promotional material & printed on recycled matt paper to allow recycling
Packages sent plastic-free using a carbon-neutral service in repurposed & recyclable packaging
