Where do you ship?

Everywhere with the exception of our Beeswax wraps, kits & refresher blocks. Many countries have strict import laws around the importation of Bee products.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking details.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Australia – please allow 3-10 business days to receive your order
Worldwide - please allow 14 – 21 business days to receive your order

How much does shipping cost?

We keep our shipping as low as possible & most will be $10 for standard shipping. If you require your order in a hurry, select express shipping.  All retail orders over $95 are shipped for free.

Wholesale order prices are based on standard shipping weight costs. 

Australian shipping

Your order will be shipped carbon neutral within 48hrs using Sendle or Australia Post in repurposed, recyclable or compostable materials. We would love you to reuse them again before disposing of them thoughtfully.

International customs + duties

Your order will be shipped carbon neutral within 48hrs using Australia Post in repurposed, recyclable or compostable materials. We would love you to reuse them again before disposing of them thoughtfully Items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. While we insurance our overseas packages, we are not responsible for specific country requirements/internationals customs & do not provide refunds for items that stopped/held up at customs.  If you require extra documentation for specific ingredients, please contact prior to purchase to ensure we are able to provide this.
