Eye pillow
As is - Lie down in a nice quiet spot & place over eyes for relaxation, mediation, sore eyes or headaches. As a cold pack – pop in freezer for 40 mins & place gently over the eyes for sore eyes or headaches. As a warm pack – use as a heat pack for sore muscles. Place in microwave for 90 sec with a mug of water. Test heat before placing on skin. Avoid using heated pack on eyes. Sponge any marks with a damp cloth.
