Start with a clean face and apply your favourite facial oil. Hold the Gua Sha at a slight angle and gently glide it across your skin using upward and outward strokes. Begin at the neck, then move to the jawline, cheeks, and forehead. Use light pressure and repeat each stroke 3–5 times. Clean your Gua Sha with warm water and let it dry between uses. Use daily as part of your skincare ritual for best results.
